What a great gift idea for my 11 year old daughter. The informational booklet answered all questions that she had, in language she could understand. The carrying case also is a wonderful idea because it minimized my daughter's embarrassment in carrying the necessary supplies in her backpack. This is the perfect starter kit for every girl. Thank you Grown Up Girl. I gave these to my grand daughters when they turned 11. I was worried because they were coming of age and I wasn't sure if they were ready. This was a great way to educate them but yet respect their privacy. I gave it to them and told them if they have questions after going through their "Period Paks" that I would be able to help answer them. I could tell by the looks on their faces that they were excited to get this as a gift and it made them feel special.

Just so you know, I work at an elementary school and forwarded the info to our health clerk who just loved the idea.
